Alexandre Clérisse is a graduate from the EESI school of visual arts in Angoulême, France, a city where he still lives today. He is the illustrator of several comic books including Jazz Club (2007), Trompe la mort, "Daredevil" (2009) and more recently Souvenir de l´empire de l´atome (2012), which received various awards including Best Science-Fiction Comic Book at the Nantes "Utopiales" festival, the "Imaginaire" award at the "Étonnants Voyageurs" festival in St. Malo and the "Tour d´ivoire" award.
