This book includes Proteomics of Indian Red Scorpion by 2D SDS PAGE (2 Dimension Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophooresis). This technique includes running the gel in 2 Dimention firstly in longitudinal direction and then in vertical direction, which increases its sensitivity to separate the proteins present in venom. It also includes Mass fingerprinting of scorpion venom and a new technique of shotgun protein sequencing.
