Christopher W. Tindale, geboren 1953. Er studierte in Kanada und promovierte 1986 im Fach Philosophie an der Waterloo University, Ontario. Nach einer Tätigkeit als Mitglied des Instituts für Philosophie und Altphilologie an der Trent University wechselte er 2006 als Professor für Philosophie und als Direktor des Centre for Research in Reasoning, Argumentation, and Rhetoric (CRRAR) an die University of Windsor, Ontario.
