Dr. Karl Liebstückel is Professor of Information Management and Business Software at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He has been Chairman of the German SAP User Group (DSAG) since 2007 and leads its Plant Maintenance and Service Management work group.
