This book is a qualitative analysis of a bullying prevention program utilized in a small public school district. The author seeks the perspectives of various shareholders for the school district in the quest to determine if their bullying prevention program has any significant impact in reducing the occurrences of bullying incidents in the school. The research disclosed in this book transpired over a two year study. Allan Burch Ed.D has taught for 35 years in NJ public education. He has been in the classroom at all grade levels, as well as a head Football Coach in two school districts. His experience also includes a role as an Assistant Principal for a K8school district. Allan continues to learn every day and leaves it better then when he started.
