Following the discovery of the conspiracy of Tudeh Officers Organization, the Government deemed it necessary to publish a book in order to inform and awaken the public. Therefore, the office of the Military Governor of Teheran which was an instrument in the discovery of this plot and in the arrest and disbanding his treacherous organization was assigned to prepare such a book.

The purpose of this book is to make public the undeniable documents which make it unmistakably clear the anti-nationalistic and illegal nature of the disbanded Tudeh party and its affiliated Officer Organization.
