Dieses Buch gibt einen Einblick in den archäologischen Kontext der Nok-Kultur in Nigeria (Westafrika). Das zunächst auf Deutsch erschienene und nun ins Englische übersetzte Werk "Nok - Ein Ursprung afrikanischer Skulptur" entstand als Buch zur gleichnamigen Sonderausstellung in der Frankfurter Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung (30. Oktober 2013 bis 23. März 2014).
