Under his leadership Vinum became one of the most important wine magazines in the German-speaking world, but also a genuine European institution published in German, French, Italian and Spanish.Rolf Bichsel has run his own media company called vinmedi@ since 2010, through which he manages multimedia projects on wine and culinary delights, and also reports exclusively from Bordeaux for VINUM.
