The Integral ASIE Instructional Design Model is multifunctional in nature which can be described as an innovative, interactive, integrative, prescriptive and constructive approach in designing instruction for the 21st Century Learning. Ismail Md Zain is a former Senior Lecturer, Malaysian Institute of Teacher Education. Obtained his PhD in the area of instructional design in 1994. Actively involved in professional development programs, an author of several books published and guest speaker on local TV Talk shows.
