Michelle J. Cummings-Koether was born in the United States and grew up in the U.S. as well as in Germany. She also lived in Canada and Great Britain for several years. Since 2007, she has been a consultant in the intercultural domain and teaches international and intercultural management at three universities in Southern Germany.
