In all of manīs history, there are legends of different unprecedented tyrants, and merciless emperors, corrupted with the thirst for ultimate power. Rising to power is a part of any human being. Psychologically, it has been decided that man likes power; physical power, economic power, and also spiritual power. He believes that power leads to happiness which is the eternal goal of any human being, and forgets that power is the seed of all sufferings in our world because of its misapplication. Power is a blessing and a curse affecting us all; powerful as well as powerless. In fact, power means different things to different people. It is a double-edged weapon. Actually, to have physical power, it means that you can protect yourself against any external attack, but it means also that you are considered a threat to the others. To have economic power, it means that you are safe against any unexpected crisis. You are not in need (financially) for anybody, but at the same time your surroundings are always in need for your help. So, you are considered also a threat. To be spiritually independent, to be a leader for a group of people is considered something great.
